The first iteration of the Tag feature has arrived. It is a game changer in the making. With this feature, you will be able to give tags to desired player roles. This first iteration will only have tagging integrated with the Sensor 2.0 gameplay prop and the Player Manager gameplay prop.
How Does it Work?
In the top bar, inside the build editor, you will now have a visible Tag icon (see images below). This opens up a menu in the top-right corner, where you can write a tag. You can then open the Player Manager gameplay prop and choose any of the tags you wrote. After that you can choose to apply the tags, either manually or through game logic. In this first iteration, you can only use the Sensor 2.0 gameplay prop to interact with the Play Manager Tag features. You set the sensor to send a detect to the desired tag to activate it through game logic.
What is to Come?
In the near future we will add the Tag feature to more gameplay props. Among those the Seeker gameplay prop, Damage gameplay prop, Teleporter gameplay prop and Raycast (new gameplay prop currently in development).
